Job Title: Outbound Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls with Bluegreen Owners and Expired Sampler guests using automated dialer technology. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell vacation package purchases, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively, engaging with Bluegreen Owners and Expired Sampler guests.
• Utilize automated dialer technology to streamline call processes and increase efficiency.
• Promote vacation packages with enthusiasm and clarity, addressing customer inquiries and objections.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through exceptional communication and active listening.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to inform and persuade potential customers effectively.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Document call outcomes and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a background in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
• Strong ability to think on your feet and handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable using technology, including automated dialers and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
