Job Title: Marketing Customer Service Specialist – Specialty Tours

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in our specialty tours, as well as for our new and existing owners. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve marketing-related customer service issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to specialty tours, providing detailed information and support.
  • Handle customer service issues with a focus on resolving problems quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer communication.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all tour offerings and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and improve service delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing owners to enhance loyalty and advocacy.
  • Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a marketing or tour-related environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • A passion for travel and tourism is a plus.
