Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Customer Service Representative to join our team, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and addressing inquiries related to our specialty tours. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for both new and existing owners, providing exceptional support while effectively communicating our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries about specialty tours, including booking information, itineraries, and general services.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing owners and develop new customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming tours and special offers, ensuring customers are informed of all relevant details.
• Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall tour experience.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and marketing initiatives to effectively inform customers.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse clients.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for travel and an understanding of specialty tours and customer needs.
