Job description: INDThis is an in office position working in our Indore office full time.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our India team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels, with a focus on Paid Social, You will report and work closely with cross-functional teams in North America to ensure that campaigns are strategically aligned and meet the desired outcomes.What you will do● Collaborate with the Paid Media team to develop B2B strategies across all key paid platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit and CTV to help achieve pipeline KPIs● Build and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit and CTV.● Manage campaign bidding and monitor campaign performance to ensure cost efficiency and ROI● Use data-driven insights to adjust bids, targeting, and ad creatives to improve performance.● Gather key insights from campaigns in market to drive future performance● Stay updated on the latest trends and platform updates in the paid media landscape and implement best practices● Complete ongoing competitive research to assist paid media team on identifying opportunities● Provide regular updates and consult with the North American team on performance, strategy, and opportunities for growth● Understand post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future campaigns.● Support other paid media projects and tasks as assigned.Does this sound like you?● Proven experience in paid media campaign management (minimum of 2 years).● Strong knowledge of various paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads are largest use-case).● Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics/advertising tools.● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members● A deep understanding of digital marketing principles and trends● Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, offshore environmentPreferred Qualifications● Experience with remote project management tools (e.g., MS Planer).● Experience working in a B2B marketing or demand generation environment*Our salaries are tailored to roles, levels and locations.
