Job Title: Compliance Review Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Review Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all creative materials and consumer-facing communications comply with state and federal advertising, marketing, digital media, and promotion laws, as well as third-party regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze all marketing materials, advertisements, and consumer communications for legal compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide guidance on best practices and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits of marketing content to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide training and support to team members on compliance-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related field.
• Experience in compliance review within advertising or marketing environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of state and federal advertising laws, digital media regulations, and consumer protection guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
