This role involves scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and effectively marketing our brand through community events as well as print and digital mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Streamlining: Optimize workflows to improve efficiency in scheduling and operational tasks.
• Appointment Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments and company trips, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
• Office Equipment Procurement: Manage the ordering and inventory of office supplies and equipment to support staff needs.
• Brand Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand through community events, print advertising, and digital platforms.
• Communication: Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
