We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in streamlining our processes and enhancing the efficiency of our operations. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating company trips, and managing the procurement of office equipment. In addition, you will play a crucial role in marketing our brand through community events and various print and digital mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Streamlining: Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize daily operations.
• Appointment and Trip Scheduling: Manage and coordinate schedules for internal and external meetings, as well as company travel arrangements.
• Office Equipment Management: Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a productive work environment.
• Marketing Initiatives: Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand through community events, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure that marketing materials align with company objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Qualifications:
