Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Digital Communications Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and editing compelling digital content that aligns with our organizational goals, specifically in collaboration with the Marketing and Social Media teams. Your primary focus will be to ensure messaging consistency across all platforms, contributing to a cohesive brand narrative.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit engaging digital communications that resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams to create integrated content strategies.
• Oversee and manage the USTA Coaching content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
• Monitor digital trends and best practices to keep our communications fresh and engaging.
• Analyze performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns that highlight key messaging and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, preferably in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
