We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting and refining digital communications that resonate with our audience. Your primary responsibility will be to write and edit compelling content that effectively conveys our messaging across various platforms, ensuring alignment with both the Marketing and Social Media teams for consistent branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Editing: Develop engaging digital content across multiple channels, including the website, newsletters, and social media platforms.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding strategies.

• Content Calendar Management: Oversee and maintain the USTA Coaching content calendar, coordinating timely updates and managing deadlines.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Trend Analysis: Stay current with digital communication trends and best practices to keep our messaging innovative and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital communications, content writing, and editing.
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools.
