Job Description: Leasing Consultant

Job Purpose:

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for driving marketing initiatives that foster positive relationships with prospective residents and enhance community engagement. This role involves executing external marketing strategies under the guidance of the Assistant Manager and Community Manager, focusing on promoting the community and its offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with management to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new residents.
• Resident Interfacing: Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and potential residents, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Community Outreach: Conduct outside marketing activities, such as attending community events, networking with local businesses, and leveraging social media to raise awareness of the community.
• Prospective Resident Engagement: Conduct property tours, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends and competitive properties to enhance marketing strategies and optimize leasing performance.
• Reporting: Maintain records of potential leads and marketing efforts, reporting progress and outcomes to management regularly.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in marketing techniques and social media platforms
