Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic DTC Marketing Specialist to join our team, responsible for onboarding, implementing Direct to Consumer (DTC) marketing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with both existing and potential patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new patients, ensuring a positive and engaging introduction to our services.

DTC Marketing Implementation: Develop and execute innovative marketing plans aimed at attracting and engaging new patients. Leverage digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to create compelling campaigns.

Patient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing patients through ongoing communication and engagement initiatives. Address patient needs and feedback, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Data Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data to assess the effectiveness of DTC strategies. Use insights to refine campaigns and improve patient engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including healthcare providers, to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and improve patient experience.

Education and Outreach: Create informative content and resources for patients, enhancing their understanding of our services and promoting health literacy.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
 - Proven experience in DTC marketing strategies, preferably in the healthcare sector.
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for nurturing patient relationships.
 - Proficient in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.
 - Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging campaigns.
