Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct to Patient (DTP) Marketing Specialist to join our Americas marketing team. This new role is essential in fostering and nurturing strong relationships with our patients as well as key external stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative DTP marketing plans that enhance patient engagement and drive positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive DTP marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and address patient needs.

  • Campaign Execution: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to educate and engage patients, utilizing various channels such as digital media, print, and community outreach.

  • Patient Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with patients to gain insights, feedback, and foster loyalty.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmacies, and community organizations, to amplify marketing efforts.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results and improve patient experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
