Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Community Outreach Coordinator to organize and coordinate various outreach programs aimed at fostering engagement within the community. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating community initiatives that enhance awareness and participation in our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Organization: Develop and manage community outreach programs, including workshops, informational sessions, and events to promote awareness and support for our initiatives.

• Coordination: Collaborate with community partners, local organizations, and stakeholders to facilitate outreach efforts and ensure successful execution of programs.

• Marketing Input: Contribute to marketing strategies by providing insights on community needs and interests, crafting promotional materials, and assisting in social media campaigns to maximize outreach.

• Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with community members through regular communication and by being present at events.

• Evaluation: Gather feedback from participants and analyze program effectiveness to continually improve outreach efforts.

• Reporting: Prepare reports on outreach activities and outcomes, sharing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, social sciences, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in community outreach, marketing, or event planning is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
