Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Physician Relations

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team, focused on building and nurturing referral relationships with physicians and physician practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing a minimum of two new contacts per month, facilitating connections that drive collaboration and referrals to our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage with local physicians and medical practices.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key medical professionals to foster referrals.
• Participate in community events and activities to promote consumer marketing and enhance public awareness of our services.
• Deliver educational lectures and presentations to physicians and their teams, showcasing our offerings and the benefits of collaboration.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with medical professionals and their patients.
• Track and report on outreach efforts, referral relationships, and community engagement to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or relationship management, particularly in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
