Job Title: Peer Group Education and Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Peer Group Education and Marketing Specialist to enhance our outreach and engagement efforts within the healthcare community. In this role, you will actively participate in marketing initiatives aimed at physicians and physician practices to foster and strengthen referral relationships. Your goal will be to establish a minimum of two new professional contacts each month, contributing to our referral network and overall growth.

In addition to physician outreach, you will play a key role in supporting consumer marketing efforts and raising public awareness about our services. This includes participating in community events, workshops, and educational seminars to promote our brand and engage with potential consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular outreach to physicians and their practices, building strong referral relationships through effective communication and strategic marketing.
• Establish and maintain a minimum of two new contacts per month within the medical community, tracking and reporting on your outreach results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement consumer marketing initiatives that enhance public awareness of our offerings.
• Participate in health fairs, conferences, and community events to promote our services and foster engagement with both healthcare professionals and the public.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups with contacts for reporting and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with diverse groups.
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing or education is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for public health and improving community awareness and education.
