This role falls within the Global Marketing team responsible for offsite paid advertising, focusing on highly efficient digital ads.This role is responsible for daily and weekly ad operations, experiment launch and analytics, producing comprehensive ads business insights, and identifying optimization opportunities for Meta DPA advertising across multiple global markets.This high-performing organization uses cutting-edge technology, internally developed marketing platforms, and data warehouse-based web analytics in the pursuit of driving millions of dollars in revenue from publisher ad clicks to eBay.eBay employees enjoy a flexible office/remote hybrid work schedule and a supportive and equitable work culture.What you will accomplish:

  • Drive the contribution to company growth and YoY efficient gross market sales growth of Meta lower-funnel/catalog purchase ads across multiple regional markets, leveraging a rigorous test-and-learn approach to continually optimize the channel.
  • Prioritize experiments based on impact, urgency, effort, and strategic value, using a close perspective on the mechanics of DPA using extensive and diverse product catalogs.
  • Work closely with Analytics, Finance, MarTech, Data Science and Core AI orgs to identify new opportunities and features for testing, especially as it regards achieving a balance of positive customer experience and efficiency at an ideal scale.
  • Partner with publisher account and solutions teams and other external partners as needed to utilize new solutions, features, and publisher betas.
  • Identify product feed, audience, and optimization signal testing opportunities by analyzing ad performance by many different dimensions.

What you will bring:

  • The right candidate will already have experience with incrementality testing, and has a strong background understanding and working with experimental data to define statistically significant outcomes.
  • Confident expertise in using BI tools, particularly Excel and Tableau, and confidence in using SQL to extract data for business and ad performance data will make this candidate highly successful in the role.
  • Firsthand experience (not through agency management) with launching, maintaining, and testing dynamic product ads in Meta. Understand the test studies offered through Meta as well as the fundamentals of end-to-end experimental management such as power analysis, reducing contamination, managing test cell balance, evaluating performance intra-test, and conducting a statistically sound test readout.
  • Previous experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Analytics to partner on budgeting processes, forecast management, optimization opportunities, investment scenarios, and more.
  • Strong bias for action and communication skills across a variety of communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, task boards, and presentations up to an executive level, as this position requires working across offices and time zones.
