  • Lead comprehensive performance marketing strategy, ensuring the successful deployment of paid, and organic search campaigns.
  • Develop and manage prospecting, existing account expansion and remarketing strategy for digital channels that drive results.
  • Utilize your SEO expertise to drive organic growth to drive business impact in the ever-changing search landscape.
  • Oversee and optimize budgets and campaign performance across platforms, achieving strong return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) goals.
  • Identify new digital opportunities to exceed performance targets.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, including design and content, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Track performance metrics, report results, and adjust strategies for traffic across key accounts and conversion KPIs.
  • Manage our paid and SEO agency to ensure optimal budget spending
  • Consistently present performance insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, technical fields, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Linkedin, and funnel campaigns) in a scale environment
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing performance and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Deep understanding of SEO technologies and trends, including AI’s influence on search behavior and emerging voice-search capabilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach with a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Experience with essential SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and screamingfrog.
