Job Description:

As a Marketing Outreach Specialist, you will leverage CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively engage with customers and set appointments for periodic consultations. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with our client base and drive interest in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize CAMP and other designated marketing tools to identify potential customer leads.
• Proactively reach out to customers via phone, email, and social media to initiate conversations and arrange appointments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies that align with company goals.
• Track interactions and appointments in our CRM for follow-up and analysis.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present promotional materials to educate clients on our offerings.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and industry trends to effectively communicate value.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a marketing or customer outreach role is a plus.
