Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to effectively reach out to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with clients and set appointments for periodic engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use CAMP and additional marketing platforms to manage customer outreach efforts.
• Proactively identify and contact potential clients, ensuring a tailored approach to each engagement.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer interactions.
• Monitor and analyze outreach effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with marketing tools, particularly CAMP, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships.
