Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Customer Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will focus on utilizing the CAMP and other approved marketing tools to effectively engage with customers and set appointments for periodic follow-ups or consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage CAMP and various marketing tools to identify potential customers and initiate outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Set appointments for product demonstrations and consultations, ensuring a smooth handoff to sales representatives.
• Track and report outreach activities and appointment schedules.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for effective customer engagement.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of marketing tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or marketing roles preferred.
