As a Marketing Outreach Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth. Utilizing the CAMP platform and other approved marketing tools, you will proactively reach out to our customer base to set appointments for periodic check-ins, promotional events, and service updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage CAMP and additional marketing tools to identify and segment target customer lists.
• Reach out to customers through phone calls, emails, or social media to schedule appointments and promote services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective outreach strategies and improve engagement rates.
• Track outreach efforts and appointment outcomes, providing regular reports to management on progress and success metrics.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and CRM systems, particularly CAMP.
