We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and promoting various marketing events aimed at driving membership growth and meeting our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution: Design and manage engaging marketing events that foster community involvement and enhance membership acquisition. Coordinate logistics, venue selection, and promotional materials to ensure successful events.

• Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies during events to maximize lead generation and convert prospects into members. Track and report on sales performance metrics.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, social media campaigns, and advertising materials to maximize event visibility and attendance.

• Membership Goals: Actively engage with potential members during events, providing information and support to encourage sign-ups. Monitor and analyze membership trends to identify opportunities for growth.

• Safety Compliance: Uphold facility safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations during events, ensuring a safe environment for all attendees.

• Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess effectiveness and gather feedback, using insights to enhance future events and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning, sales, and marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols is a plus.
