The Role :The Personalization Analytic Developer will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Digital Analytics and be the SME. The candidate will work closely with the Digital Data & Analytics team and Digital Product team to identify and quantify digital adoption risks and opportunities with actionable data-driven recommendations

  • Driven to provide insight and guidance on how the digital stakeholders can better utilize data, identify opportunity areas, and be proactive in providing senior leadership team with insight
  • Able to synthesize business/industry dynamics, and possess the technical acumen and creativity to develop an analytics and insights road map
  • Utilize advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of analytics to drive digital adoption growth
  • Pull and galvanize complex customer profile and interaction data sets to map and optimize customer journey and experience
  • Present insights and results of marketing plans and campaigns to senior leadership

You Will :

  • Created AB Tests to validate assumptions and test customer behaviour
  • Commitment to a laser focused approach in reporting sales and service transactions, leveraging data for action-based recommendations
  • Deliver on analytics projects from collecting stakeholder business requirements, formulating analytics approaches, and presenting meaningful results (e.g. data transformation, statistical model building, and visualization dashboard creation)
  • Analyze and synthesize risks and opportunities and make recommendations regarding emerging industry trends specific to Digital sales and service
  • Assist in the development of long-term strategic objectives for digital adoption for both service and sales transactions
  • Work with the Digital product team and business leaders to scope and initiate projects aimed at resolving critical self-serve/buy flow issues
  • Provide analytic support and insight in the development and implementation of strategic plans
  • Develop recommendations and aid senior leadership team to make key business decisions and/or transactions
  • Develop post implementation reviews on campaigns driving digital adoption

Who You Are :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Know your way around digital-related metrics and web analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc)
  • Strong background in data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau)

Experience with scripting and programming skills in SQL, or Python /R * Angular Development Experience 3+ years

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to tell a story with data and adjust communication based on audience’s understanding of data
  • Expert understanding of technology tools and data stacks with the ability to traverse complex systems, be inquisitive, and gain understanding of the data
  • Digital marketing or E-commerce experience would be an asset
  • Financial modelling skills would be an asset
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in technology, network, product or digital
