If you’re passionate about storytelling, love exploring what makes a brand stand out, and are excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.In this role, you’ll work closely with both our People & Culture and Marketing teams to help bring our employer brand to life. From researching market trends and brainstorming fresh ideas to creating engaging content for social media, you’ll play a key part in how we connect with future talent and showcase our culture.   • Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to strengthen employer branding vision and programs.
  • Develop internal and external communications aligning with branding guidelines, corporate culture, and values.
  • Create captivating content to educate and engage internal talent and attract diverse external candidates.
  • Research and maintain our presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent and strategic employer brand messaging.
  • Contribute to the DE&I New Talent and Branding Committee to build campus relationships and partnerships.
  • Organize and attend campus job fairs, conferences, and events to enhance brand awareness.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing channels through social media platforms to grow recruitment strategies.

Marketing and Communications

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to stay informed.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify market opportunities and consumer behavior patterns.
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms and collaborate with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate in planning and executing events, webinars, and product launches for brand visibility.
  • Support email marketing efforts by creating and distributing newsletters.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and propose enhancements.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics like website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Generate reports and provide strategic insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Maintain marketing databases, organize files, and facilitate project management activities.

What You Bring:

  • Student working toward achieving post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
  • Currently enrolled in a formal co-op program with a recognized post-secondary institution (must at least be entering in their second final year, or final year of studies)
  • Experience in managing social media platforms for business, including content creation and maintenance
  • Skilled in conducting in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing and branding strategies in the long run.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to monitor and track metrics, generate comprehensive reports, and proofread content.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content and effectively collaborate with HR, Marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Capability to utilize data analysis techniques to identify market opportunities and consumer behavior patterns.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
