As a Software Development Engineering Intern, you’ll be joining a purpose-driven team that values curiosity, creativity, and client impact.This is a hands-on internship where you won’t just observe—you’ll contribute to production-level software, explore different areas of the stack (frontend, backend, cloud), and be part of an agile team committed to mentorship and growth.You will have the opportunity to learn and lead:We treat every contribution with care and discipline—just like we treat our clients’ capital. In this role, you’ll:
- Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams based on business needs and development priorities
- Build real-world applications by writing production-ready code, supported through code reviews and mentorship
- Develop user-facing components using React and TypeScript
- Build and maintain backend services in C# (.NET Core) or Node.js, integrating with REST APIs
- Work with SQL Server, including writing and optimizing database queries
- Participate in the development of internal tools, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems
- Be part of agile ceremonies—learning how engineering teams plan, build, and deliver software
- Gain exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and containerized environments

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript)
- Familiarity with web development fundamentals, APIs, and relational databases
- Comfortable using Git and modern development tools
- Curious, self-motivated, and open to feedback—ready to adapt, explore, and grow
- Bonus if you’ve worked on side projects, contributed to open source, or used frameworks like .NET Core, React, or tools like Docker
- An interest in financial services or fintech is an asset
