Job Description

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, developing strategies to increase sales performance, setting sales targets, and ensuring that the team meets and exceeds those targets.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
– Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
