We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance and Market Standards Specialist to join our team. This position is vital in ensuring adherence to government regulations and market standards while collaborating closely with various departments, including marketing, management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze compliance with government regulations and market standards, ensuring the organization adheres to all legal and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with compliance guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials meet regulatory standards.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement policies that promote compliance and mitigate risk.
• Liaise with operations to streamline processes and maintain adherence to compliance standards throughout all operational functions.
• Engage and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure they also meet compliance and quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry standards, providing training and guidance to internal teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
