Job description: Company: BrightHR CanadaSalary: $70,000 to $100,000 DOELocation: Toronto, ON (5 days on site)Job OverviewDue to the growth within our marketing team at BrightHR Canada, an exciting new role is available for a passionate, analytical, and highly organized Paid Search Manager. This role is required to be on-site 5 days at our Downtown Toronto office.Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage the expansion, optimization, and reporting of the BrightHR Canadian Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Own the strategic planning and everyday management of multiple high-budget PPC, social media, and programmatic accounts across different platforms.
  • Perform detailed analyses of campaign performance and propose actions optimizations.
  • Monitoring bid management of campaigns across all PPC networks to identify trends, opportunities and areas of concern
  • Take a measured approach to implementing new and current features; Take a test and learn approach to effectively implement automated bid strategies, match types, performance max, RSA best practice, etc.
  • Theorize CRO tests with the support of in-house teams. Create, analyze, and action conversion rate optimization tests.
  • Producing and presenting reports on PPC activity to internal stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders with troubleshooting and improving the quality of conversion data fed into marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to set new campaign initiatives live for your respective channels.
  • Work with the Head of Growth and wider digital marketing team to reach channel growth targets.

What you bring to the Team

  • 5 + years of experience managing lead gen PPC campaigns with large monthly budgets.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Desirable to have experience of Meta Ads and Programmatic search.
  • Able to propose long-term strategies and create long-term testing plans related to PPC account growth.
  • A strong understanding of audience targeting and experience with the practical application to marketing campaigns, preferably using 1st party data.
  • Experience conducting fair AB tests and conducting PPC account optimization on a large scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and data driven decision making.
  • The enthusiasm to keep abreast of industry standards, new technologies and the latest approaches in digital marketing with the ability to communicate this throughout the digital team.
  • Thrives in a supportive and friendly working environment and with a desire to share new innovative ideas and skills.
  • Drive to meet and exceed targets and timescales.
  • A desire to improve efficiency of processes; interested in learning and adopting tools such as Data Studio, Super metrics, and new AI tools in 2023.
