Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engagement. You will be responsible for a range of initiatives, including website and microsite development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website & Microsite Development: Collaborate with design and technical teams to create user-friendly websites and microsites that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

• Internal Office Branding: Develop and implement branding strategies within the office to foster a cohesive company culture and promote our values among staff.

• Patient Segmentation: Analyze and segment our patient demographic to tailor marketing efforts that meet their specific needs and preferences.

• External Marketing Strategies: Design and execute external marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining patients, including social media, email marketing, and community outreach initiatives.

• Training Workshop Facilitation: Support and help facilitate the execution of regional training workshops, ensuring that staff is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge regarding our marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns.
• Proficiency in web development tools and content management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and segmentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
