Job description: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the school, as well as establishing performance standards for staff. They communicate clear performance expectations to school staff, both verbally and in the AEA APP. The Marketing Coordinator also conducts engaging tours with prospective families and works to convert marketing strategies into successful enrollment efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for promoting the school to potential students and families.
