Millions of people use solutions powered by League to access, navigate and pay for care.Position SummaryAs a Principal Brand Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how our brand is perceived-both internally and externally. You will lead visual strategy and execution across a wide range of projects: from marketing websites and digital campaigns to investor presentations, internal events, and culture initiatives. Your ability to blend exceptional design skills with clear communication and strong cross-functional collaboration will be essential in driving brand consistency and impact.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Help define, evolve and maintain League’s visual language and brand style guidelines.
- Lead UI/UX and visual design for marketing websites with a focus on conversion and accessibility.
- Design impactful investor and internal presentations with clear storytelling.
- Create visual assets for internal comms, onboarding, events, and ERG programs.
- Develop cohesive event branding across websites, signage, and digital materials.
- Execute digital marketing assets for social, email, and display campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, culture, and executive teams to meet cross-functional needs.
- Maintain and refine B2B brand guidelines with Growth Marketing.
- Manage and collaborate with external design vendors and freelancers.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, AI, and best practices.
- Present your work and communicate design rationale clearly to align stakeholders across teams.
- Contribute to measuring design effectiveness and iterate based on results.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (Link to a strong design portfolio showcasing your work is mandatory).
- Proven expertise in leading UI/UX design for marketing websites-including IA, wireframing, prototyping, and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
- Expert-level fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong skills in visual storytelling and clear, persuasive presentation design using tools like Google Slides and Figma.
- Familiarity using AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, MIdjourney, etc.) in your creative process.
- Experience designing internal communications and employee-facing materials.
- Experience creating event branding and design assets across in-person and virtual formats.
- Keen eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and balance speed with craft.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and also work autonomously.
- Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders on design direction.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
