Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solutions Consultant with a strong background in Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and CRM Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Analyze and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, focusing on Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement strategies.
• Implement CPQ solutions to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
• Leverage CRM Analytics to provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Develop custom Salesforce applications, automation processes, and integrations to meet client needs.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and best practices to ensure effective utilization of all features.
• Provide training and support to end users to maximize the potential of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of automation tools within Salesforce (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules).
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and best practices for cloud solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or specialized Cloud certifications) are a plus.
