Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Solutions Consultant with expertise in Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and CRM Analytics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce development and automation processes to drive impactful solutions that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions using Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CRM Analytics.
- Design, implement, and manage Salesforce automation processes to optimize efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Utilize Marketing Cloud Account Engagement to develop targeted campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
- Leverage CRM Analytics to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for business strategies.
- Contribute to the design and configuration of CPQ solutions to facilitate accurate quoting and pricing processes.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce tools and features.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Salesforce platform with a focus on Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ, and CRM Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and automation techniques, including APEX, Visualforce, and Flow.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Advanced Administrator) are highly desirable.
