We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and the business needs of the Marketing and Sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Technology, to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions to ensure that insights from non-technical team members are effectively captured and translated into actionable solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our digital tools and platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives and strategies.
• Document requirements, user stories, and process flows to support the development of digital solutions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and digital innovation that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
• Support the implementation and testing of digital solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a digital or business analysis role.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and sales processes is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
