Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cross-Departmental Collaboration Specialist to facilitate requirement gathering sessions across various functions, including Marketing & Sales, Digital & Technology, Finance, Global Product & Pricing, and Loss Prevention. This role is critical for ensuring alignment and coherence among diverse teams as we strive to enhance our product offerings and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders from Marketing & Sales, Digital & Technology, Finance, Global Product & Pricing, and Loss Prevention to identify business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and prioritize requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze stakeholder inputs and translate them into actionable insights that inform product development and strategic initiatives.
• Develop clear and concise documentation, including requirement specifications, project plans, and status reports, to maintain transparency and progress tracking.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to bridge gaps and foster effective communication.
• Monitor and evaluate project deliverables to ensure that they meet established requirements and expectations.
• Assist in the identification of risks and challenges during the requirement gathering process and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and analysis within a collaborative, multi-departmental environment.
• Strong understanding of the interplay between Marketing, Sales, Digital technologies, Finance, and Product Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management and documentation tools.
• Ability to think critically and analytically to solve problems and make informed decisions.
