Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Operations and Supply Chain Manager to drive the execution of our product strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. This role will play a crucial part in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Commercial, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of our products while maintaining operational efficiency and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to align product launch strategies with market needs, ensuring products are positioned effectively for target audiences.

• Operational Execution: Oversee service operations and supply chain processes to ensure the timely delivery of products, maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.

• Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies that prioritize customer experience, gathering feedback to continually improve product offerings and service delivery.

• Financial Management: Analyze financial performance metrics to ensure effective execution of service operations and supply chain initiatives, contributing to overall organizational growth.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaborative efforts across departments to drive alignment and ensure all teams are informed and engaged in product launch activities.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing offerings, driving competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proven experience in service operations, supply chain management, and marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
