Job description: Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?WMC is on a journey to transform the end-to-end Advisor Desktop experience to enable our teams to focus on what matters most: providing our clients with the AA experience. As part of the end-to-end experience, Salesforce 2.0 will be the central hub for our Advisors, connecting capability across client servicing, portfolio management, planning, and partnering with other businesses (e.g. PH&N, RT, Ins, private banking, retail and commercial banking).The platform will deliver a simplified Advisor Desktop powered by intelligence, enabling seamless client service, business growth, and productivity for teams.As Product Owner, you will lead the development and optimization of this experience, focusing on the “Grow my Business” pillar.What will you do?
- Create and execute a roadmap for “Grow my Business” that includes all capability related to opportunities, leads, and content distribution.
- Design intuitive business growth journeys that simplify the outreach processes for Advisors and their teams, enabling productivity
- Streamline the tech estate for teams across related applications, enabling Salesforce as the central hub for business growth
- Work closely with digital marketing, distribution, technology, and user experience designers to bring product visions to life, ensuring cohesive and effective solutions
- Gather insights from Advisor teams, clients, and other stakeholders to continuously improve product features and performance
- Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital outreach capabilities, leveraging data to continuously improve the experience
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Product Lead and Journey Lead, ensuring alignment with the product goals to deliver an elevated experience
What do you need to succeed?Must haves:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital product management, preferably in creating digital experiences
- Proven ability to implement client focused digital solutions that drive engagement and business growth
- Strong hands on experience with Salesforce platform capabilities
- Strong understanding of modern digital product development practices
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with agile cross functional teams, including technology, design and business stakeholders
- Experience managing initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery
