Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, engineering, or business, supported by a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. This role will involve overseeing booking levels and driving strategic initiatives to enhance growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Monitor and analyze booking levels to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and engineering to drive product development and customer engagement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to secure business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders regarding business development initiatives.
• Manage program timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business development, program management, marketing, sales, or application engineering.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization.
• Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for innovation.
