In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering cooperation among internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align messaging and promotional strategies with product development initiatives, ensuring a unified approach to market needs.

• Project Coordination: Facilitate communication between product development and customer support to gather insights on customer feedback and requirements, helping to refine product offerings.

• Quality Assurance: Advocate for customer satisfaction by ensuring all teams understand customer expectations and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.

• Cross-Department Initiatives: Lead or participate in cross-departmental meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance team synergy and operational efficiency.

• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and identifying areas for improvement.

• Problem Solving: Act as a liaison to address any issues or barriers that arise between teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management or a collaborative role involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
