Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Program Managers to join our Program Management Office (PMO) within a globally recognized leader in digital and technological innovation. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects that enhance our client’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects within the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, successfully managing complex programs in a digital or technology-focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
