Job Description: Consultant for Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Proposal Development Teams

We are seeking a dynamic Consultant to join our team, specializing in staffing and managed solutions for creative, marketing, digital, and proposal development initiatives. This role focuses on supporting the Experiences organization in the development and execution of complex, high-profile digital and technology programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to identify staffing needs and provide tailored staffing solutions for creative and digital projects.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies that effectively promote our clients’ brands and initiatives.
• Support proposal development efforts, ensuring all submissions are compelling, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and help design innovative solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage long-term contracts, ensuring continuity and quality of service while adapting to evolving project demands.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in consulting, staffing, or managed solutions, particularly in creative, marketing, or digital environments.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in creating impactful user experiences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
