Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Consultant specializing in staffing and managed solutions for creative, marketing, digital, and proposal development teams. We are dedicated to helping organizations build and manage complex, high-profile digital and technology programs within the Experiences organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their staffing needs and provide strategic workforce solutions tailored to creative, marketing, digital, and proposal development initiatives.
• Source, recruit, and manage top talent to support high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies to streamline operations and enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide exceptional service throughout the contract period.
• Analyze trends and best practices in the digital and technology landscape to offer clients innovative and forward-thinking solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in consulting, staffing, or managed solutions, particularly within creative, marketing, and digital domains.
• Strong understanding of digital technology programs and their application within organizational frameworks.
