Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations and Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on fostering strong relationships with clients through travel for client meetings, field work, and participation in marketing initiatives. You will also play a crucial role in the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel & Client Engagement: Conduct on-site client meetings, participate in fieldwork, and attend relevant events to engage with clients and gather insights.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and attract new clients.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain a robust pipeline, and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
• Attorney Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with attorneys to align client needs with our legal services, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client relations or business development, preferably within a legal or professional services setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend events.
