Job Title: Optical & Software Quality Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Optical & Software Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of optical systems and software applications throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will work closely with product management and marketing teams to align product specifications with customer needs and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:

Optics Engineering: Develop and optimize optical systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards. Conduct thorough testing to validate performance metrics.

Software Development: Collaborate with software engineering teams to implement quality assurance processes for software applications. Perform automated and manual testing to identify issues and ensure functionality aligns with requirements.

Quality Assurance: Design and execute comprehensive testing protocols, analyze results, and provide feedback to engineering teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Manufacturing Support: Work alongside manufacturing engineers to identify and resolve production issues related to optical and software products. Provide guidance on best practices for quality control processes.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with product management and marketing teams to understand market requirements, gather customer feedback, and ensure that products meet both technical and user expectations.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and quality metrics. Prepare regular reports to inform stakeholders of product quality and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in optics, software testing, and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and manufacturing processes is a plus.
