Job Description: Project Manager – Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a strong focus on sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems. This role is essential for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to promote our flooring systems effectively.
• Business Development Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with potential clients and partners to discuss new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
• Account Development: Identify and cultivate new accounts while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
• Site Inspections: Perform site inspections to assess project requirements and provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Proposal Deliveries: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that highlight the benefits of our flooring systems and address client needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of flooring systems, particularly polished concrete and epoxy, is a plus.
