Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts for our high-quality installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems. This role will play a critical part in expanding our market presence and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our flooring systems, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and market advantages.

• Client Engagement: Conduct marketing and business development meetings to build relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Account Development: Identify and pursue new account opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients to facilitate repeat business.

• Site Inspections: Perform on-site inspections to assess project requirements and client needs, providing expert recommendations based on your findings.

• Proposal Delivery: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that clearly articulate project scope, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clients.

• Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and design, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, sales, or marketing within the construction or flooring industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through.
