The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing Focus: Lead the marketing efforts for our polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, developing and executing strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales.

• Business Development: Identify and nurture new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and new customer segments.

• Account Management: Develop and manage relationships with new and existing accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Site Inspections: Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and project specifications, providing tailored solutions that align with their expectations.

• Proposal Deliveries: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals that outline project scope, timelines, and pricing to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the sales process.

• Marketing Meetings: Facilitate and participate in business development meetings to assess marketing strategies, analyze performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, sales, or marketing within the construction or flooring industry is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
