We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting specialized physical and digital infrastructure solutions tailored for municipalities, state and local governments, and federal agencies. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing strategies and enhancing our presence in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate our infrastructure solutions to government entities.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team in executing marketing initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.

Prospect Identification: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stakeholders within government sectors, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of compelling proposals, ensuring they articulate our value propositions and meet the specific needs of each client.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in state and local governments, as well as federal agencies.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights that help refine our marketing strategies.

Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch targeted campaigns, both online and offline, that resonate with our audience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the public sector or infrastructure industry.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations is a plus.
