We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Government Relations and Infrastructure Solutions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead efforts to connect municipalities, state and local governments, and federal agencies with specialized physical and digital infrastructure solutions. Your strategic vision will help drive our marketing initiatives and expand our reach within the government sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team dedicated to promoting our infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and exceptional execution of marketing strategies.
• Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that will elevate our brand visibility and appeal to government entities.
• Prospect Identification: Identify and prioritize potential government clients and opportunities, conducting market research to inform decision-making.
• Proposal Development: Oversee the creation and submission of compelling proposals and bids tailored to meet the specific needs of municipalities, state and local governments, and federal agencies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with government officials and key decision-makers to better understand their requirements and position our offerings effectively.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and proposals, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy development and government relations, preferably within the infrastructure or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and lead projects effectively.
• Understanding of government procurement processes and regulations related to infrastructure solutions.
