We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to spearhead our efforts in delivering specialized physical and digital infrastructure solutions for municipalities, state and local governments, as well as federal entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government infrastructure development and a passion for innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team focused on marketing initiatives tailored to governmental entities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with government clients, highlighting our unique solutions in the infrastructure sector.

• Prospect Identification: Identify and analyze potential government contracts and opportunities to broaden our client base and enhance our market presence.

• Proposal Development: Oversee the development of proposals that effectively communicate our solutions, benefits, and value propositions to government stakeholders.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand governmental needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

• Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure alignment in messaging and approach toward government contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on government and infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record in proposal development and successful marketing campaign execution.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
